양배추 김치, Cabbage Kimchi

김치소 만드는 과정을 참고하여 양배추의 분량에 맞게 조절한다.

고추가루의 양을 1/10만 사용하여 분량에 맞는 김치소를 사용하고, 양배추는 짜지 않은 끓는 물(양배추 식감을 부드럽게 해준다)을 부어 약 1분 정도 잠깐 담가 사용한다. 

Refer to Kimchi paste with 1/10 red pepper powder and It will be used with a ratio of cabbage killogram.

The cabbage would be put into salted with the not so salty taste and boiled water(it makes cabbage softner), just one minute and use it.
