시금치 김치, Spinach Kimchi
김치소 만드는 과정을 참고하여 배추대신 시금치의 분량에 맞게 조절한다.

분량에 맞는 김치소를 사용하고, 시금치는 5분 정도 잠깐 절여 사용하고 절이는 소금량은
절반으로 한다.
Refer to Kimchi paste and It will be used with a ratio of cabbage to spinach killogram.
The spinach would be salted with just 5 minute and half and amount.
